Policies

Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing a high-quality experience for every family. Because enrollment reserves a limited seat in a small-group class, all registrations are considered final.

Refunds

  • All tuition payments are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed classes, scheduling conflicts, or unused sessions.

Emergency Credits

We understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. In the event of a documented medical or family emergency, Social Prep House may, at its sole discretion, issue a one-time store credit toward a future cohort of the same program.

Store credits:

  • Must be requested before the program ends.
  • Are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
  • Are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • May only be applied to a future Social Prep House program.

Missed Classes

Due to our live, small-group format, make-up classes, partial refunds, and prorated tuition are not available for missed sessions.
