What we collect
- Contact inquiries. When you use our contact or waitlist forms, we receive the name, email, and message details you provide so we can respond.
- Enrollment information. Camp and class registrations are handled through our registration partner, Hi Sawyer, which collects the information needed to enroll your child and communicate scheduling details.
- Payment information. Private coaching and select enrollments are processed through Stripe. Stripe handles payment details directly; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use information
We use the information described above to run our programs, confirm enrollments, send class updates, answer questions, and improve our website. We do not sell personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Service providers
We rely on trusted service providers to operate our business. These currently include Hi Sawyer for class registration, Stripe for payment processing, and FormSubmit for contact form delivery. Each provider has its own privacy and security practices.
